All with critical wear, imminent risk of catastrophic failure.
COMPLEX LOGISTICS
Transporting 3 bulky grabs from Santa Catarina to São Sebastião (~1,700km) required special trailers and coordination of local traffic.
EXECUTION
3 SIMULTANEOUS TEAMS – one dedicated to each grab:
Each grab underwent:
- Complete disassembly
- Structural recovery
- Replacements (cables, pins, bushes, cylinders, hoses)
- Blasting and painting
- Complete testing
ASSISTED OPERATION
After refurbishment, our team traveled to Santa Catarina with each grab, monitored the first days of operation, ensuring success.
