3 simultaneous teams for 3 months:
Team 1 – Structure:
- Straightening (hydraulic presses)
- Cutting and replacing irreparable sections
- Welding reinforcements
- NDT on critical welds
Team 2 – Hydraulic:
- Complete disassembly
- Cylinder reconditioning
- Replacement of hoses/connections
- Pressure tests
Team 3 – Finishing:
- Blasting Sa 2½
- Marine anti-corrosive painting
Reused: 70% (structure, axles, motor, pumps)
Replaced: 30% (sheet metal, cylinders, hoses, electrical)
