Our boilermaking combines craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology. We perform from small repairs to manufacturing metal structures of hundreds of tons, always strictly following ASME, AWS, and Brazilian (NBR) standards.
We have qualified welders according to AWS D1.1 and ASME Section IX, with registered and traceable WPSs (Welding Procedure Specifications). Our equipment park includes CNC cutting machines, large bending machines, hydraulic presses, and heavy load handling systems.
We have already manufactured and installed over 500 tons of metal structures in port, industrial, and offshore projects, including habitable modules, equipment skids, pipeline spools, and non-certified pressure vessels. Each project undergoes rigorous dimensional quality control and 100% visual inspection.
